If you’re part of our tribe, you’re open to watching documentaries about alternatives to modern medicine and how to use ancestral methods to thrive in today’s world.
Today, I’d like to shine a light on four such films that you can watch for free this month. They span a variety of key areas in natural health, such as energy healing, whole food nutrition, ancestral medicine, and how to avoid environmental toxins.
Spoiler Alert – These films have all created quite a stir and for very good reason. They challenge the conventional beliefs about our health and what we are capable of. Each documentary below presents vital information that is hard to come by anywhere else. Most importantly, they will leave you feeling inspired and empowered.
It’s time to take our health back into our own hands.

For what it’s worth, each of these films has a MINIMUM of a 7.5 rating on IMDB, and is also accompanied by a live Q&A the following day.
Here’s a brief summary of each film and we hope you enjoy them:
Origins – A journey through the biological roots of where we have come from, where we are now, and where we are headed. By examining advances in civilization and the ramifications of unchecked technology on the environment, and subsequently our bodies, the film offers a compelling argument for how we can better coexist with nature, and prevent the modern world from making us sick. Live Q&A with Pedram Shojai the following night.
Hungry for Change – Don’t we all wish we could love our bodies without having to deal with fads about eating? The film exposes secrets the diet, weight loss and food industries don’t want you to know about deceptive strategies designed to keep you coming back for more. Find out what’s keeping you from having the health you deserve. Live Q&A with Kris Carr the following night.
Moldy – An examination of toxic mold and how it has become a modern-day health problem that affects us all. The film brings together the country’s top medical experts with mold survivors, and follows their illness, treatment and recovery. Learn to recognize mold, how to treat it, and how to safeguard yourself from it. Live Q&A with Dave Asprey the following night.
E-Motion – An exploration of how human emotions can affect the physiology of the human body, both for the better and for the worse. By learning how to clear our minds and live life with purpose to heal our bodies, we’ll never look at symptoms of sickness in same way. Live Q&A with Dr. Nelson Bradley the following night.

Thanks for this work that you do!
I signed up…that video is not 4 videos, nor is it the one of the 4, AND you FB post has a picture that looks like or is the Cowspircy documentary, and that isn’t one of the 4! What gives?
I’m very happy to see that our film – Origins – is contributing here!
I’m interested in the four films mentioned in the blog post above. The free documentary link only goes to a subscription required to see the film called Food Matters.
Only one free film not four…I was looking forward to the one on Mold
